Avi spoke about applying the laws of physics to life sciences. I’ve heard a lot about this concept –about its impossibility but also its potentially life changing, universe altering effects. In the past, when I have heard people speaking on this concept, I’ve heard it in the following context: if we can apply physics to life sciences, we can potentially predict everything in the future based on molecular/biological/cellular patterns. Evenmore, by applying physics to life sciences, we could feasibly prolong life indefinitely (or infinitely) by knowing how to perfectly balance cellular makeup through infallible physical properties. So I guess my questions are: have you heard of this concept? If so, how probable or improbable is it? Will there ever be a point in the future where we achieve such scientific feats?
