I really enjoyed watching the interview with Gina McCarthy and learning a lot about climate change and climate policy. I thought that the most surprising piece of information was in their discussion about what a proposed "silver bullet" for climate change would be. While I was expecting at least some big ideas or certain thoughts, what McCarthy said is that the main issue is that there are "multiple silver bullets." There's energy solutions, transportation solutions, building solutions, food solutions, etc. But ultimately the challenge is that they kind of all have to be implemented in conjunction with each other by people across the globe. This is why the problem is so difficult.
