For the PredictionX video relevant to my project, I watched the interview with David Laibson about Behavioral Economics. This interview was directly relevant to my project topic, even though I am not working on a wealth or economics adjacent project. My project aims to investigate how Large Language Models could predict how a person might interact with a text they are viewing (for example, for educational purposes). For one, the discussion with David about Laplace’s Demon was relevant because it shed light on the inherent uncertainty in human behavior. David also discussed different applications of machine learning in predicting human behavior, and this relates to my project too because LLMs are a modern form of (unsupervised) ML.
