I found the interview with Jill to be extremely informative with respect to topics, like extraterrestrial space and its history, science, and the modern development of the science. I found the topics, especially on the Drake Equation and Jill's perspective on how we have improved on the uncertainty regarding the estimate of advanced extraterrestrial bodies in the Milky Way, to be very especially informative due to my limited background in these areas. Particularly, I was not very informed on how scientists were actually trying to detect extraterrestrial life, so the beginning parts of the interview surrounding radio frequency, what windows of frequency they were looking for, etc. helped me gain a better understanding of the science.

One question that I had regarding this topic was in what ways do current theories of extraterrestrial life differ? What causes them to differ, or in some cases, to be radically different?
